Learner Qualities
Learner Qualities are those behaviours that enhance a student’s ability to learn.
Learner Qualities are ‘life skills’. These are the same qualities that are essential for success at school and in everyday life.
By learning these behaviours now, students will be preparing for a successful future throughout their schooling and beyond.
At Wodonga Primary School we focus on the five Learner Qualities of Reflect, Persist, Connect, Self Aware and Question.

Reflect
Self AwareAs Self Aware learners we think about whether we have a fixed or a growth mindset. Sometimes when we’re challenged by our learning and we’re in The Pit, we need to have a growth mindset to be successful with our learning. We feel motivated when we get out of The Pit and feel we’re successful learners.
