FACILITIES:
What an exciting time it is for Wodonga Primary School with our new building project underway. State Government funding of $4.2 million was received to upgrade our Grade 2 wing, refurbish our Art Room, and to build five new classrooms, toilets and Administration block.
The new classrooms and refurbishments were completed early in May with the remainder of the project to be finished by October. These new facilities, in addition to our previous new buildings completed in 2007 (classrooms, gymnasium, canteen, music room & library) offer exceptional facilities to our school community.
The State Governement funding continued and in 2009, two old wooden wings and administration building were demolished and replaced with a new Year 6 Pod of five classrooms and a new Administrations building and Staff Room which is nearing completion.
We continue to enjoy a large outside space which includes two tennis courts, front and back ovals and two playground areas.
