We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage the day to day administrative functions of our OSHC service, including liaising with parents, staff and students. They will also be required to manage the financial software system, including bookings, invoicing and receipting. This position is for 15 hours per week (days and hours) are negotiable.
We are looking for suitable candidates to manage the day to day running of our OSHC Service. Successful candidates will be responsible for preparation and implementation of relevant programming, supervision of staff, development of rosters and resource ordering.
There are 2 positions available, each consisting of 22.5hrs per week.
This successful applicant will provide assistance to Defence students and their families, and raise awareness of the unique needs of these families due to their military lifestyle. The role of the DSTA is not one of a teacher or counsellor, but as a conduit between these professional services to facilitate information sharing and appropriate referral to support services as required.
